Text Replacement

Some clients require text replacement as opposed to redaction. For example we replace a name with ‘Person B’. This anonymises the name but keeps it flagged with a unique marker throughout the document. We can also combine this approach with standard redaction throughout the document.

Formatted Redaction Mark

We can tailor the redaction mark to suit your purpose. For example use of colours to highlight different reasons behind redaction marks.

Crop & Redact

We can crop pages down so they just contain the part of a page that is needed. Especially handy with Data Subject Access Requests. We can also remove whole pages if they are out of scope.
