CCS always works behind a strict confidentiality, data sharing and processing agreement. We can supply this documentation or review client provided service documentation where required. Our disclosure service is fully UK GDPR compliant and designed to support organisations across both the public sector and private sector.

The process begins with a clear synopsis of the project. In most cases, a short scoping meeting is arranged to understand the background, objectives and component parts of the matter. This allows us to assess the scope of the electronic discovery exercise, including electronically stored information (ESI), preservation collections and any existing review production requirements. Where appropriate, we work closely with in house legal teams or external advisers to support document review and disclosure planning.

Once scoped, relevant data sets are securely transferred to us. This may include email archives, document repositories and other electronically stored information. Data can be uploaded via our secure portal or shared through a client preferred transfer method, ensuring flexibility and security at all times.

We then conduct a full survey of the data and disclosure requirements, including preservation collections and review workflows. A fixed price and delivery timeline is provided for consideration. This upfront assessment helps with reducing time, cost and uncertainty. All scoping and pricing activity is provided free of charge, with no obligation to proceed.

Using specialist electronic discovery and eDisclosure software, we apply advanced search, filtering and analysis techniques to support efficient document review. These tools are designed to manage large volumes of ESI while maintaining accuracy and auditability.

Experienced disclosure professionals then complete the review production phase. This includes structured document review, redaction where instructed, and preparation of court ready outputs. Native file formats are retained, legal privilege can be applied, and disclosure data is presented in a clear, catalogued and audited format suitable for judicial use.

Once the disclosure service is complete, all client data is securely removed from our systems. A certificate of data sanitisation can be issued upon request, providing full assurance that preservation collections and electronic disclosure materials have been properly disposed of.
